Unless otherwise specified, RossmoreLA.com will use its best efforts to ship all merchandise within two business days of purchase. Delivery estimates are good faith estimates only. RossmoreLA.com will not be liable for any loss, damage, cost or expense related to any delay in shipment or delivery. We cannot ship to post office boxes. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise purchased passes to you upon our delivery of the merchandise to the carrier.

and sends your objects in perfectly, imperfect packaging. Recycled is lovely. Shipping is offered through USPS
International shipments may be charged various importation taxes and fees depending on the country in which the order is being shipped. We have no control over this nor do we know which countries charge and how much they charge. If this is of concern to you please research this prior to placing your order.
Except where indicated, merchandise purchased from RossmoreLA.com may be returned for a full refund to RossmoreLA.com only within 7 days of purchase and only if accompanied by original receipt and in original condition and in original packaging. Refunds are not accepted after 7 days from receipt of order at your shipping address. Refunds will only be issued, past seven days, except in the case of defective merchandise we are unable to replace. Returns must be authorized by a store manager and must be accompanied by an invoice number and the reason for the return. FINAL SALE items may not be returned for cash, credit or exchange. Returns must be properly packed and sent via UPS, FedEx or DHL at customer's expense.
All returns must be approved by RossmoreLA.com. Items must be returned in original and unused condition with original manufacturer's packaging if it was included. A restocking fee may apply to sterling silver jewelry, gold vermeil jewelry, and 14k jewelry or any order not received in good condition. Shipping costs are non-refundable and all costs for return shipment are the responsibility of the customer. Exchanges will incur additional shipping charges.
All CUSTOM and special orders are FINAL SALE and therefore non-returnable. And any opened items or items returned without
all original packaging, and sale items or items specified as final sale
are non-returnable, FINAL SALE.
To make a return for store credit or an exchange, you will need a Return Merchandise Authorization number. Please email us at rossmore@RossmoreLA.com and include your order number and a list of the item(s) you are returning in the body of the message. We'll then reply back with your RMA #, which you'll need to include in the address field of your package. This RMA # is very important to ensure proper tracking and handling of returned goods. Do not return any product(s) until you have received an RMA #.

Once a Special Order is placed on a customer’s behalf, special orders
are not cancelable and are not returnable, for credit or for refund.
Items which are special orders are clearly noted as such, and customers
are required to sign a waiver specifying their understanding and
agreement with these terms.

Change or Cancel Order
Once you place your order, your credit card will be charged. You will only be charged for the items that you ordered, along with appropriate shipping and tax, where applicable. Orders are subject to verification and acceptance before shipping. We are not responsible for errors made during order, address or credit card entry.
Please call us at +1 (310) 291-8231 as soon as possible to either add or remove an item from your order. Once an order is being packed at our distribution center we are no longer able to modify your order.
Taxes/Duties/Refused Shipments (for International Shipments):
You are responsible for any additional taxes and duties. RossmoreLA.com is
not responsible for any fees charged by customs. If you decide to refuse
any shipments from RossmoreLA.com, you are responsible for the original
shipping charges to you, any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that
are incurred on the package (on both the original and return shipments),
and the cost of returning the package to RossmoreLA.com. This amount will be
subtracted from your merchandise refund.
Returns must be sent via U.S. Postal Service, FedEx, or UPS. We
recommend purchasing insurance since we cannot be responsible for
lost/damaged packages. Be sure to package returns well, as items damaged
from improper packaging will not be accepted.
Once your package has been received at RossmoreLA.com your refund or store credit will be processed within five (5) business days of receipt. Refunds will be credited back to your original method of payment. If you wish to make an exchange, please email you email@example.com as you may have to place a new, separate order (unless you are exchanging an item that has been damaged).
RossmoreLA.com is not liable for any damages in the event that merchandise you receive from us is not of the type advertised. If you receive such merchandise, you may return it so long as you comply with all of the return policies of RossmoreLA.com.
Certain Provisions Regarding Purchases:
When you place an order for an item displayed on the Site, you are
making an offer of purchase to RossmoreLA. If RossmoreLA accepts that offer, we
will supply the goods where possible, but will not be obligated to do
so. If an item you order is not available, or the price has changed, we
will attempt to contact you to let you know of the unavailability or the
price changes, as applicable. If we are unable to contact you, we will
cancel the order. We will not substitute any item without your
